We require a deposit of 50%, which is not refundable in case of cancellation.
The balance should be paid at the moment of arrival.

For bookings at least six months before the check-in is required the full payment by bank transfer at least one month befor the arrival, it is not refundable.
A further € 100.00 deposit will be required at the check in. The money will be returned at the check out, after we verify that the apartments are in good order.

It is possible to arrive late in the evening, if agreed in advance

Early check in is possible only if agreed in advance, at the extra cost of €40 per apartment.

• The apartments are equipped with linen and towels. One change of linen and towels a week and the final cleaning are included in the price.
• We kindly ask our guests to leave the apartments in good order and fairly clean, otherwise an extra charge of €30.00 will be asked for further housekeeping services.

• Pets are welcome but their presence must be agreed at the moment of booking.
• Out of respect for the other guests, pets cannot be left loose in the communal areas.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets inside the apartments as well as outside. The disposal of pets’ waste should be done outside the Holiday Farm. Pet owners are also responsible for any damage caused by their animals.

We kindly ask our guests to avoid making excessive noise or behaving in a manner that can disturb other guests.

Visitors are welcome, but their presence should be agreed in advance.

Furniture from inside the apartments should not be moved outdoors.

In accordance with our sustainability policy, we ask our guests to switch off all unused lights.
